WHIPLASH GIRLCHILD
Toronto based punk-folk band, Whiplash Girlchild is focused on spreading the good energy fellow fans get from hearing their music to new listeners everywhere. By connecting people to live music events via online channels, Whiplash Girlchild is able to strengthen and grow their current community.
THE NEW FACE OF WHIPLASH
The band’s Old logo (left) and new logo (right). Design changes were made to simplify the logo while incorporating alterior motifs. The ribbon resembles a "W" while pointing forward, referencing the band's new motto "Play It Forward".
PRINTS AND POSTERS
The prints and posters are situational images depicting the music's ability to be passed on through people. Each poster contains a scannable Spotify code that links directly to the track while the illustrations are reminicent of the theme of each song.
